Heidi Havercroft – President
Heidi is a workers’ compensation attorney with experience as an advocate in mediations. She currently works as a senior staff attorney for the Workers’ Compensation Board. Heidi developed an interest in Neighbor-to-Neighbor, Inc., while taking the Basic Mediation Training offered by the organization. A native Oregonian, Heidi enjoys day hikes, the Oregon coast, and watching University of Oregon athletics. Heidi joined Neighbor-to-Neighbor in 2022.

Tacha Bromber – Vise President
Tacha is a seasoned foreclosure mediator conducting mediations in Oregon, Washington, and Nevada and is currently a regulator for the State of Oregon Appraisal Board. Prior to that she spent 27 years in the Title Insurance and 1031 tax deferred exchange industry.

Jared Rogers – Secretary / Treasurer
Jared started mediating at Neighbor to Neighbor in 2019 and came on staff as Director of the Eviction Avoidance Program in 2022. Jared successfully built and ran the program while it was funded and then grew and supported N2N as mediator and Director of Operations. He is now pursuing more education while excelling at his newest role as Dad.

Lynn Cardiff – Member
Lynn is a retired school counselor who has mediated for Neighbor-to-Neighbor since 1996. She has also served terms on the Board of Directors twice in past years. Lynn has been a Board Member since September 2006.

Stefyni Allen – Member
Stefyni Allen joined the N2N Board in 2022. Stefyni is a solo attorney in Salem, focusing her practice primarily in the family law arena, mediating and providing parent coordination services. Stefyni received her JD from the Willamette University College of Law and her BA. from UC Davis, where she studied sociology.

Heather Wright – Executive Director
Heather is a strong, proficient leader with extensive non-profit experience proven management skills, strategic vision, operational implementation and effective follow-through in diverse challenges. She has pioneered several non-profits, served as a pastor and chaplain and is passionate about her community. She is mother of five and grandmother to six. In her spare time she enjoys helping people in need, reading, knitting, growing flowers and enjoying music and dance.

Mediation Case Manager
Carole Shelton joined Neighbor-To-Neighbor in September 2018. She has an extensive professional background in administrative roles, experience in nonprofit organizations and enjoys helping others. She is the mother of four children and is an award-winning children’s book author.

Andrea Christiansen
Andrea Christianson joined Neighbor-To-Neighbor in October 2023 as an apprentice through the Oregon Office for Community Dispute Resolution and spent a year learning all things mediation. She has done hundreds of mediation in all areas of Court-Related, Landlord/Tenant, Victim/Offender, Community, MMHP. Her expertise and commitment to the mediation process are often noted by parties and peers. In November 2024, Andrea accepted the permanent position of Mediation Specialist for Neighbor to Neighbor.

Scott Smith – Director of Restorative Justice
Scott lives in Corvallis with his family, and started volunteering for Neighbor to Neighbor in 2017. He had to take a break from N2N cases while working full-time in Restorative Justice in Lane County from 2019-2023, and gladly took the chance to move to this position at Neighbor to Neighbor. Having worked in various positions in education and conflict transformation, he tends to approach these two roles as different aspects of the same overall project.

Debbie Cook – Court-Related Mediation Coordinator
Debbie joined Neighbor to Neighbor in 2020 working in the office of the Executive Director. When not in the office, Debbie enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, and time spent with family and friends.
