Civil Mediation

Mediation can often help people reach agreements about how to resolve civil lawsuits.

Important: Mediation is Optional in Marion, Linn, Benton and Yamhill Counties

You may be trying to contact us for information because you have received court paperwork and it sounds like mediation is mandatory.  If both parties agree, you can choose mediation instead of going to mandatory arbitration.   BOTH parties must agree to mediation.

If both parties have filed in the case (there is both a complaint and a response) and you are interested in mediation you can open a case with Neighbor to Neighbor.
